Travel & Stay Details

Travel

Flights will be come in and out of Cancun, Mexico (arrival and departure times will be suggested).

Transportation to and from the Cancun airport will be included if you arrive with the group. If coming in early or staying late, you can take a taxi (at your own cost, approx. $40 USD each way).

Transportation for group tours is also included.

Stay

You will be staying in a luxury private home right on the beach. Room options:

  • One Room, Double occupancy, King size bed with ocean view balcony

Experiences & Excursions

Join Tour Guide, Facilitator, & Herbalist Lorna Trigg for Excursions (optional + additional cost)

  • Cacao Ceremony & Temezcal | $150 per person

    Temezcal means sacred womb of Mother Earth. The Great Spirit gave this ceremony to the ancestors for purifying themselves - death, rebirth, honoring the life by connecting with the four elements, four directions, four bodies, and four main stages of our lives. This excursion is an opportunity to listen to your heart and give up and receive all of the medicine from the medicine plants and the steam which make a good detoxification.

  • Rebozo | $145 per person

    This is an ancient traditional massage healing that is done with traditional blankets that the native women use to carry babies. This will align the spine and release of the thirteen joints (related to the sacred frequency - 20/13/33, the counting of the Aztec and Mayan calendar).

  • Circle Talk Ceremonies & Sacred Fire | $85 per person

    An introduction to native ceremonies and cosmology.

  • Free Flow Movement Dance | $45 per person

    This session is based on contemporary dance, afro, ancestral dances, yoga, metaphysics, somatic dance, Qiong, among other tools, for the release of emotions and improvement of the nervous systems health.

  • Breathwork Sessions | $45 per person

    Breath serves as an anchor to the present moment and every inhale is an opportunity to be reborn. Practitioner, Diego Diaz will lead this workshop to show you the art of breathing in divine energy along with air, and allowing that energy to do its healing work from within.

  • Visit with Abuela Monica Kan, Spiritual Guide & Holistic Therapist

    Abuela Monica Kan supports native communities to preserve their traditions. She is known as the Guardian of the sacred fire of Temezcal and Sahumadora, carriers of the Prayer of Nagur waters for the cleansing of the waters of Mother Earth for the future generations.

  • Meet with Jessica Carvares - La Jaguara

    Jessica is a woman, mother, therapist, holistic healer, and multidisciplinary artist. She guides holistic wellness processes from a deep and respectful perspective of the human being, integrating knowledge from Traditional Mexican medicine and various therapies aimed at restoring optimal balance and health.

Additional Excursions (optional + additional cost)

  • Day Jungle Tour | $150 per person

    Experience the incredible wood carvers of Yucatan, gum production and the history. Learn about the local birds and plants of Mayan medicine. Journey to a dry cave and cenote to swim before you eat lunch in an abuelas house when you will lean how to make tortillas and dine on traditional Yucatan dishes.

  • Walking Food Tour | $100 per person

    This tour will take place in the Colonia with Cristobal of Riviera Maya Food Tours. Puerto Morelos is a melting pot of Mexican culture and we will venture with a professional guide through the local area and dine in hidden places. We will see masa being made in the traditional way, eat street tacos, quesadillas, grilled meat and other delicious Mexican cuisine.

  • Into the Jungle with Chef Carla | $200 per person

    We will see how Chef Carla and her team grow and produce organic produce for her restaurant, El Pirata in Puerto Morelos. We will walk the jungle, see the gardens, and visit the hives where the best honey is produced. Following the tour we will swim and sip tequila while swimming in a pool fed by a local cenote. Carla will demo and lead us through a 6-course tasting menu after the swim.

  • Tasting the Best Paella | $30 per person

    We will venture to El Pirata for a class and dinner on Valencia style paella led by Chef Carla.

  • Mayan Temple | $250 per person

    We will visit the mystical grounds and place that is Coba. Located in Yucatan, we will be with a guide and explore Coba, sip on coconut water and peruse the Mayan crafts for sale through the area. After the temple tour we will make our way to a cenote to swim and eat lunch at a local roadside restaurant.

Cost

To calculate your cost, add up the room you select (pricing above), your flight (selected by the individual based on our suggestion), and any excursions you want to enjoy, then you will have your estimated total.

Most transportation is included (see details above) if you are joining the group. Any additional meals, special transportation, alcohol, and tips (to housekeepers, property mangers, and tour operators) are not included.
