Fingerlakes James Beard House
In January of 2020 Chef Samantha brought a team of Finger Lakes legends to prepare a Regional showcase dinner at the very prestigious James Beard House. The dinner included one of the regions most talented wine makers Nancy Irelan (James Beard Nominee) Autumn Stoscheck (1st female cider maker in the FLX) Cheesemaker Suzanne Messmer (Lively Run Dairy) Chocolatier Claire Benjamin, Chef Linnea June, Chef Samantha Buyskes and Chef Trish Aser. All pioneers in the region for the farm to table movement
