Adventures of the Yucatan

This tour includes is one of the most unique of all that Chef Samantha has to offer. This trip combines two trips in one! From March 4th - March 9th, we will be learning about the honey bees of the Yucatan, the scared cocoa plant and chocolate, Tequila, Cenotes, Mayan ruins, Cochinita Pibil, visiting the Food Network Chef's Table star Rosalia Chay, dining in Valladolid, the farmers market in Valladolid, cooking class and demo and Chichen Itza the Unesco world heritage site.

After this amazing adventure, we travel back to Puerto Morelos to our incredible house on the beach where we will spend the next week exploring and learning in that part of the Yucatan.
